Salon Policies

  • Please report any problems with your service within seven days and we will perform additional services to meet your needs.
  • No refunds will be given on any services.
  • If you are unhappy with any recommended product, we will exchange the product up to ten days from the purchase date.
  • Prices listed are meant as a guideline and will differ with each stylist. Please consult with your stylist for her specific pricing.
  • Please be respectful to your stylist and limit your cell phone use if possible.
  • For your child’s safety, please only bring children who are able to sit quietly for the duration of your service.
  • Some services will require a deposit of $30. If you are a new customer, some chemical services will require the deposit to hold your appointment which can be refunded if the appointment is cancelled with 24 hours notice. If no notice is given the deposit will not be refunded for any reason.
